FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in electric machines with permanent rotor magnets. In the claimed method for manufacturing a rotor in permanent magnets located along its circumference, one or more grooves are made, dividing the permanent magnet into at least two segments. One or more of the grooves made are interconnected by bridges. The depth of the grooves is made less than the depth of the permanent magnet and filled with insulating material. In accordance with the claimed solution, the grooves are burned out by electroerosive method in a rotating rotor. At the same time, permanent magnets are glued around the circumference of the rotor and fixed from the ends of the rotor with clamping rings, and the grooves are filled with a compound that hardens at room temperature.
EFFECT: improving the manufacturability of the manufacture of a rotor with permanent magnets.
