FIELD: reduced flammability materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of materials of reduced flammability based on epoxy resin, which can be used as independent composites and as binders for the creation of polymer composite materials for general and special purposes. The effect is achieved in a method for producing a binder based on epoxy resin intended for the manufacture of composites of low flammability, in which the epoxy resin is mixed with a phosphate modifier and an amine-type hardener and the resulting composition is cured, while the previously obtained mixture of 28 mol of orthophosphoric acid and 1 mol of aluminum, triethylenetetramine is used as a hardener, and the introduction of a modifier, hardener and curing of the resulting composition is carried out at room temperature, in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: ED-20 - 100.00, modifier - 1.11-3, 89, triethylenetetramine - 10.0.
EFFECT: claimed method for obtaining a binder based on epoxy resin, intended for the manufacture of composites of low flammability, makes it possible to produce composites with improved physical and mechanical characteristics and expand the scope of these composites.
