FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry and can be used at ginneries for cleaning raw cotton from weeds. The raw cotton cleaner includes a feeder 1, peg drums 2 and 4 with screening meshes 3 and 5, a saw drum 6 with a lapping brush 7 and with a sectional grate 8 installed around the circumference, guide 18 and remove 19 brush drums. The cleaner is additionally equipped with a second serrated drum 9, mounted on the same horizontal line with the first. The grate 8 at the first saw drum 6 contains three sections, and the second has two. Sections 10 grates located between the serrated drums 6 and 9 are connected to each other. In the first sections of the grates of the first 6 and the additional second sawed drum 9, the grates 16 are located with a decrease in the direction of rotation of the drums 6 and 9 relative to the surface of the sawed drum. Under the second serrated drum 9, a regeneration serrated drum 11 is mounted with a grate 14 consisting of three sections, in which, as the drum 11 rotates, the distance between the grates 17 in the sections is halved compared to the previous section.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the cleaning of raw cotton from small and large litter.
