METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING ELECTRICAL SIGNALS FROM THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF THE LAUNCHER TO THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF THE SEPARATED OBJECT Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC F41F3/55

Abstract RU 2784626 C1

FIELD: electrical signals transmittion.

SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting electrical signals from the electrical system of the launcher to the electrical system of the separated object can be used in the design of unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with a device for decoupling the electrical communications of the unmanned aerial vehicle with the transport-launcher. The method for transmitting electrical signals from the electrical system of the launcher to the electrical system of the separable object includes joining two parts of the electrical connector, one of which is installed on the launcher and is electrically connected to its electrical system, and the other is installed on the separable object and is electrically connected to its electrical system. In this case, the launcher is provided with a squeezing elastic device for pressing a part of the electrical connector of the launcher to a part of the electrical connector of the detachable object, fixed at one end on the body of the launcher above the detachable object behind the electrical connector part of the detachable object in the direction of separation, and with the second end on the part of the electrical connector of the launcher, and wringing out is provided squeezing elastic pressing device for docking parts of the electrical connector and removing the pressing force during docking. In this case, the squeezing device for pressing parts of the electrical connector is made in the form of an extended elastic element located along the object to be separated, and the squeezing of the extended elastic element for joining the parts of the electrical connector and removing the squeezing force during docking is provided by bending the extended elastic element, while its length is chosen to be excessive, based on conditions for ensuring the necessary pressing force after docking.

EFFECT: simplification of the design of the squeezing elastic device for pressing parts of the electrical connector, ensuring docking and undocking of the parts of the electrical connector with greater inaccuracy in the installation of the separated object in the launcher, as well as increasing the service life of the electrical connector parts.
