SUBSTANCE: present technical solution relates to the field of computer technology for information security. The effect is achieved by a device for generating pseudo-random numbers, consisting of a sequence generator with a length of 2N, where N is the number of used memory elements, and the clock input of the device is connected to the clock input of a sequence generator with a length of 2N, N outputs of which are the outputs of a device that additionally contains an AND element , as well as a group of N elements AND, the first inputs of the N elements of the AND group are the control inputs of the device, and the second inputs are connected to the output of the AND element, the first and second inputs of which are connected, respectively, to the N-th output and the output of changing the mode of the sequence generator with a length of 2N, and the third input of the AND element is the input of the device mode, N outputs of the AND elements of the group are connected to the control inputs of the sequence generator with a length of 2N.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of protection against reverse engineering when generating pseudo-random numbers.
