SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, engine building and machine-building industries. The honeycomb panel contains perforated and solid sheathing, medium perforated sheathing and two layers of honeycomb filler with cells having faces. One layer of honeycomb filler is the top layer. The faces of the cells of the mentioned upper layer are located at an angle of inclination 45-60° towards the front of the sound wave. The second layer of the filler is made with a vertical arrangement of the cell faces.

EFFECT: noise reduction efficiency is increased, the structural height of the panel is reduced and its weight is reduced.
