The sandwich panel contains the sheathings, the cellular sheet material filler. The cells of the filler are made in the form of the perforated many-plane truncated pyramids interleaving among themselves as "the top - the base" with the angle of iconicity of 5-50°. As the result the invention ensures the increased noise-attenuating effect.
