FIELD: generation of power.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind pump unit with adjustable productivity comprises a mast, a rotary support, a wind wheel, a double-arm lever, a vertical rod, and a piston pump. A cam (eccentric) interacting with one of the ends of the double-arm lever is installed on the wind wheel shaft. The double-arm lever in the middle thereof is supported by a hinge on a support, and the other end thereof is connected with the upper end of the vertical rod. Unit additionally comprises a single-arm lever, a cylindrical gear with longitudinal teeth, and two toothed rails. The middle of the single-arm lever is hinged to the lower end of the vertical rod; one end of the lever has transverse teeth on the upper surface and is engaged with the gear, and the second end of the lever is connected with the pump piston. The gear is the lever arm fulcrum and is capable of moving along the lever arm from beginning thereof to the point of attachment of the lever to the vertical rod. Two toothed rails are installed on the sides of the single-arm lever, parallel thereto and in the same plane therewith, also engaged with the gear. The side toothed rails are rigidly connected to the mast, so the possibility of horizontal movement of the lever relative to the mast and, accordingly, relative to the vertical rod is prevented. The movement of the gear along the lever arm changes the ratio of the lever arms relative to the force application point (point of connection of the vertical rod with the lever) and, accordingly, the stroke of the end of the lever connected with the pump piston.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity and efficiency of the wind pump unit due to the provided loading of the wind wheel optimal for various wind speeds by adjusting the stroke of the pump piston.
