FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to devices that reproduce high-precision air pressure values, and can be used for metrological purposes for calibrating or verifying pressure control and measurement devices. The device contains a force-to-pressure converter, consisting of a truncated cone-shaped piston located in a cylindrical nozzle, an insert placed coaxially inside the cylindrical nozzle, which forms an annular cylindrical gap with the cylindrical nozzle for air supply from the pressure source. The insert has a hole for sampling the generated air pressure. To create the necessary accurate values of air pressure on the piston, there is a unit for creating accurate pressure values, which is a load receptor hung on top of the converter with a set of weights corresponding to the required pressure value. The piston has a recess on the edge of the side surface, and a hole is made on the load receiving device above the recess. The recess and the hole engage with a fixed stop on the end surface of the nozzle. The execution of the piston with a recess on the side edge in conjunction with the fact that on the end surface of the nozzle a stop is fixedly fixed from the side of this recess, and the adjustable node for creating accurate pressure values is a load receptor placed above the pneumatic converter, having the shape of a hollow cylinder, symmetrically truncated at the top parts on both sides vertically and having a vertical section U-shaped with the formation of a plate on top, and in the lower part - annular protrusions bent outward for receiving loads that play the role of a regulator of pressure values, if there is an oval hole in the upper part of the plate opposite the recess in side wall of the piston, makes it possible to engage the piston and the unit for creating precise pressures with emphasis on the end surface of the nozzle, eliminating the rotation of the piston and load receptor and thereby ensuring the constancy of the effective area of the piston.
EFFECT: ensuring the stability of the effective area of the piston and the reproducible pressure during the operation of the deadweight piston pressure calibrator.
