FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: absolute manometer comprises electronic force-measuring and force-compensating devices, a piston pair formed by structurally coupled magnetics, which disconnects the volumes of the vacuum (comparative) chamber from the volume of the measurement chamber, pneumatic lines of which may selectively connect to pneumatic manifolds of technical means of vacuum pulling, pressure or normalized atmospheric air by means of program switching of electromagnetic valves of a distributing switchboard, at the same time the supermagnetic ("magnetic liquid") in a structurally coupled magnetic is coated with a thin layer of galinstan - a liquid metal gallium, indium and tin alloy, the SCM magnetic conductor is made of magnetostrictive material (MSM) or, if it was not such, is complemented by inclusion of MSM into its structure, is used as an ultrasonic magnetostrictor by placement of an excitation coil on it, connected with a HF generator of harmonic oscillations, the vacuum chamber shell, with high volume, is coated at the outer side by a resistive conducting film, which is connected for a short period of time in the mode of vacuum pulling in it to a source of power supply; with small volumes of the shell it is exposed to short-term heating by external sources of intensive optical radiation.

EFFECT: expanded range of measurement in the area of high vacuum and increased accuracy of measurements.
