FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to determining the electromagnetic parameters of wound-rotor induction machines. First, the stator and rotor windings are wye-connected with the output shaft remaining fixed. The active resistance of the two series-connected stator windings is then measured, and the active resistance of the rotor referred to the stator is determined. After that, the rotor windings are closed on each other, a constant voltage is applied to the circuit from the two parallel-connected stator windings and a third winding series-connected thereto until the current reaches a steady-state value, said value then being measured and stored. The stator windings are then disconnected from the source of constant voltage and closed on each other, causing the current to attenuate; during this time, the instantaneous values of the attenuating current in said third winding are measured and recorded in memory. The resulting instantaneous values of the currents are used to determine the leakage inductance of the stator and rotor windings and the inductance of the main magnetising circuit of the induction machine.
EFFECT: increase in the number of electromagnetic parameters of an induction machine that can be determined.
