FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. The current protection device with health monitoring contains an inductance coil connected to a voltage amplifier connected to the control winding of the reed switch. The positive potential from the DC source is supplied to the closing contact of the reed switch, to which the first output of the winding and two contacts are connected to close the intermediate relay. Two contacts for closing and two contacts for opening the microcontroller are connected to sources of direct current and alternating voltage. The positive potential from the contact to close the relay, passing through the contact to close the microcontroller, is fed to the first output of the signal lamp. The positive potential from the relay contact, passing through the opening contact of the microcontroller, is fed to the first output of the indicating relay, and from it to the first output of the winding of the trip coil of the electrical installation switch. The second output of the winding of the intermediate relay, signal lamp and trip coil is connected to the negative pole of the DC source.
EFFECT: simplification of technical implementation while ensuring reliable current protection of electrical installations.
