FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for protection from arc circuits and overcurrent with serviceability control is proposed, containing three photodiodes placed in compartments of a switchgear cell, the first, the second, and the third intermediate relays with closing and opening contacts, reed switches with closing contacts. Reed switches are placed inside control windings and, using clips, are fixed on the first bar attached to a wall of a relay cabinet of the switchgear cell. Photodiodes, thermal resistors, LEDs, and the first filament lamps are placed in a cable compartment, an assembled bus compartment, and a switch compartment. A microcontroller, time relay, intermediate relays, and indication relays are installed in a protection unit. Photodiodes, thermal resistors, LEDs, and the first filament lamps are fixed on the second bar with the possibility of its movement along slots.
EFFECT: reduction in weight and dimensional indicators and increase in the reliability.
