FIELD: aircrafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft, namely to the structures of folding wing panels of high-speed aircraft, the body and wing panels of which are made of a composite material. Foldable wing console of a high-speed aircraft, the panel of which is made of a composite material, and the front and rear suspension units of the console to the aircraft body are made of heat-resistant alloy and connected to the panel with fasteners to ensure free thermal movement. In this case, the ear of the front suspension unit and the ear of the rear suspension unit of the console enter into the reciprocal lugs of the front unit of the aircraft body and the rear unit of the aircraft body and form a hinge connection with them, and the console is fixed in the open position by clamps installed in the front and rear unit of the aircraft body. At the same time, the ear of the rear suspension unit of the console is installed with a minimum clearance in the lug of the rear unit of the body. The latch of the rear suspension unit is made in the form of a spring-loaded pin installed in the latch body, which is fixed on the rear unit of the aircraft body and in contact with the console in the folded position with the support element made on the ear of the rear suspension unit of the console with the possibility of fixing the console in the open position when the holes are aligned, made coaxially, in the rear suspension unit of the console and the rear unit of the body. A shaped groove with a lead-in section is made on the support element, a pin with a protrusion is installed in the rear assembly of the housing to be placed in the shaped groove and limit the rotation of the console when folding, and the latch body is made to keep the pin from falling out. In addition, the ear of the front suspension unit of the console is installed in the lug of the front unit of the body with a gap that ensures free thermal movement of the console relative to the body of the aircraft. The latch of the front suspension unit is made in the form of a spring-loaded pusher with a guide part located in the lug of the front housing unit with a minimum clearance. A bar is rigidly connected to the pusher, which with its ends is placed in the grooves of the front housing assembly with the possibility of movement under the action of a spring. In the ear of the front suspension unit of the console, a groove is made in response to the bar to ensure fixation along the front unit in the open position of the console, and to ensure contact with the bar during the opening of the console, the end of the ear is profiled.
EFFECT: use of the proposed technical solution will make it possible to manufacture full-functional structures of the wing panels of high-speed aircraft operating in high-temperature heating conditions; improve manufacturability and assembly; improve the reliability of the design.
