FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bolted connections of parts made of materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, and can be used in various branches of technology, including the designs of high-speed aircraft. Fastening connection of parts from materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, including the first part, second part and fasteners, at that, one of the holes for the fasteners taken as the base one, is made single for the two connected parts, forming exact fit with the fasteners, remaining holes in the second part are made equal to the base hole, and in order to provide free thermal movement of the fastening connection elements, part of the holes in the first part is made in the form of slots, which axis of symmetry passes through the base hole center, and other part of the holes is made with larger diameter relative to the base hole, at that, one or more slits in the first part is made wider for insert installation therein with opening equal to the base hole, at that, the insert is installed in exact fit to form two support planes with a slot, and the slot length is made with provision of the insert with fastener free thermal displacement along the slot.
EFFECT: use of the proposed technical solution will allow to increase the connection accuracy and reliability during operation under conditions of considerable loads and high heating temperatures.
