FIELD: vertical steel tanks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vertical steel tanks and can be used to reduce losses from "small" breaths during the operation of the tank. A device for reducing losses from "small" breaths in a vertical steel tank includes an energy supply system containing solar panels interconnected by batteries and an automatic control system that regulates the temperature of the refrigerant in the circulation tubes laid in a ring pattern along the inner surface of the tank. According to the proposed technical solution, the circulation tubes are laid under the roof of the tank and along the walls of the tank along the height of the non-wetted surface; battery built into the system.
EFFECT: reduction of losses from "small" breaths due to the cooling of the temperature of the gas space; reducing energy costs through the use of alternative energy sources such as solar energy and moving fluid energy; the location of solar panels away from the tank avoids the complexity of the operation, maintenance and repair of the tank.
