The effect is achieved by the fact that the claimed solution provides for two objects of control, five registers, a decoder, two amplifiers, a counter, read-only memory (ROM), a delay element, a pulse generator, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a trigger, three OR elements , AND element, "Reset" and "Start" buttons, control result output block, comparator, signal mutual influence calculation block, two calculation blocks, two amplitude detectors, two frequency detectors, two phase detectors, five adders, eight quadrators, seven subtractors devices, seven module devices, two square root devices, divider, register, nine AND elements.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of monitoring the mutual influence of signals in the communication lines of data transmission channels.
