SUBSTANCE: telescopic leg for furniture and/or interior items, containing a hollow leg body, inside which there is a support leg, made with the possibility of telescopic sliding into the position of lowering or lifting with respect to the specified leg body by means of an internal control mechanism or a kinematic mechanism, characterized in that the specified the internal control mechanism or kinematic mechanism is actuated by means of a control transmission bevel gear (29, 30, 31) located between the first starting hole (35) of the specified bevel gear and the second telescopically sliding hole (54) of the specified support leg (21, 121, 221 , 321), wherein said first and second holes (35, 54) are located in said leg body (20, 120, 220, 320), with one hole extending transversely and the other opening extending longitudinally with respect to the body legs, and they are oriented perpendicular to each other, with each hole receiving an element of the specified bevel gear (29, 30, 31), and this forms a device that allows the support leg (21, 121, 221, 321) to slide with respect to the leg housing (20, 120 , 220, 320), and engaging and holding devices (40) are formed between said support leg (21, 121, 221, 321) and said leg hollow body (20, 120, 220, 320).
