SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for adjusting a height-adjustable furniture leg. Device for adjusting a height-adjustable leg of a piece of furniture comprises a height-adjustable leg with an adjustable element, from which a threaded shank extends, made with possibility of insertion into cylindrical body with internal thread and made with possibility of screwing and unscrewing, and also contains tool for control of specified adjustable element of adjustable leg. Tool comprises engagement or control means and handle for rotation of said engagement or control means. Handle comprises two tabs which are made with possibility of covering the diameter of the specified height-adjustable leg, holding the tool and means of engagement or control in the position of conjugation with the height-adjustable leg on the side. Means of engagement or control is located between two lugs facing each other and entering into connection with the adjustable element for rotation of the adjustable element of the adjustable leg. Adjustable element also has two sets of teeth arranged one above the other and formed along the periphery of said adjustable element. Teeth of these sets are similar to teeth of a toothed disk of a saw and are inclined in opposite directions relative to each other. Engagement or control means comprises a set of teeth, which is a toothed portion with teeth distributed over a rounded area of the surface between said two tabs of said handle, made with possibility of engagement with one of two sets of teeth arranged one above the other, formed along the circumference of said adjustable element of said height-adjustable leg. Teeth of the toothed section and the teeth of the two sets of teeth of the adjustable element located one above the other are asymmetric and inclined, enclosing and bent teeth, which follow the circumference of the said adjustable element around the adjustable leg.
EFFECT: providing stable adhesion of the proposed device with the front and rear legs of the piece of furniture.
