FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering, in particular, to apparatus intended for absorbing solar energy followed by conversion into thermal energy; in particular, to solar collectors with forced circulation, and can be used in heating and hot water supply systems. In the method, the distributor collector is made of two parallel pipes wherein branches are secured. After the pipes are installed in the mould, the distributor collector is filled with an aluminium alloy. After the required machining and plug installation, the distributor collector is ready to be assembled. If necessary, fittings may be installed instead of plugs, and another solar collector be connected thereto.
EFFECT: higher durability of the mould and eliminated need for sign grinding.
