FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering, in particular to devices intended for absorption of solar energy with subsequent conversion to heat energy, in particular, to solar collectors with forced circulation, and can be used in heating and hot water supply systems. Method of manufacturing a detachable solar collector with forced circulation and U-shaped heat pipes, which are connected to the cast collector-distributor by means of a detachable connection, consists in the fact that in the manufacture of a collector-distributor in process of casting hole for heat carrier passage are formed by punching of zinc-plated pipes of collector-distributor by elements of mould. After performing the casting operation, zinc-plated pipes are moved one step and the casting process is repeated until the required number of taps is formed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in manufacturing of collector-distributor of virtually unlimited length.
