SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and can be used for disinfection of surfaces of equipment and premises of stamping shops during forced slaughter of poultry during disinfection. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that disinfection of surfaces in the stamping shop during the forced slaughter of poultry is ensured by using a 1.0% (by means) aqueous solution "Samarovka" for disinfection for 20 minutes at a temperature of 18-20°C at the rate of 0 .5 l/m2.
EFFECT: invention discloses the use of the disinfectant "Samarovka" for a new purpose.
