SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telemetry, in particular to the transmission of pulse signals through an air gap, and can be used in systems for transmitting and receiving telemetric information from the working bodies of rotating units and mechanisms. On the rotating part of the device, a short pulse is formed from a single digit of the code, which is delayed with the help of one delay element for a time equal to its duration, the delayed pulse is expanded by three times in duration and a signal is fed from the expander output to the input of the positive excitation pulse shaper, the delayed pulse is subjected to delay using another delay element for a time equal to the triple value of its duration, and combined on the OR element with the signal from the output of the short pulse shaper, the signal from the output of the OR element is fed to the input of the negative excitation pulse shaper, the output of which is connected to the primary circuit.

EFFECT: increase in the bit rate of the data code is provided due to the found ratio of the durations and sequence order of heteropolar rectangular pulses that form a complex excitation signal of the connected circuits.
