SUBSTANCE: method for excitement of the inductively coupled loops (ICL) uses the combination from the chopped rectangular impulse and the signal obtained as a result of scaling of the impulse formed at differentiation of the back front expanded to the required duration of the initial signal. The device for implementation of the method of formation of bipolar signals for data transmission through the air gap comprises the shaper of chopped impulses the input of which is the device input on the rotating part, and the output is connected to the first shaper connected to primary loop of ICL and to the input of the compander the output of which through series connected differentiating circuit, the limiter and the scaling amplifier is connected to the input of the second shaper the output of which is connected to the primary loop. The static part of the device has the secondary ICL loop the output of which is the device output.

EFFECT: improvement of noise immunity of data transmission.
