FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry and is intended for anaerobic digestion of organic waste from agricultural production to produce biogas and fertilizers. The biogas plant includes a source of multi-phase alternating voltage and a current begins to flow through the multi-phase winding (11), creating a rotating electromagnetic field that induces eddy currents in the horizontal blades (7) and in the walls of the central vertical shaft (8). As a result, the horizontal blades (7) are heated and rotated, whereby intense and rapid heat exchange occurs between the areas of biomass in direct contact with the horizontal blades (7) and peripheral areas. The resulting biogas through the pipe (20) and pipeline (21) enters the gas tank, where part of it enters the compressor through the pipeline. To enhance the effect of fermentation periodically run bubbling mixing device. To do this, the valve (17) is opened and the biogas enters the spiral perforated pipe (5), exits through the holes (9) into the biomass, accelerating the process of raising the biogas bubbles formed by methane fermentation.
EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of the plant.
