FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry and is intended for anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes of agricultural production with production of biogas and organic fertilizers. Biogas plant comprises vertical tank (1) tight with removable dome. In the reservoir there is a central vertical shaft (7) having drive (17), a bubbling mixing device made in the form of a spiral perforated pipe, and a vortex mixer with horizontal blades fixed on the vertical shaft. Vertical shaft is hollow and coils-inductors are regularly arranged inside it as to height. After the vertical sealed cylindrical reservoir (1) is filled with biomass, an AC voltage source (16) is connected. Alternating current starts flowing through windings (11), which creates alternating electromagnetic field inducing eddy currents in horizontal blades (8). Under action of these currents, horizontal blades (8) are heated and give their heat to surrounding layers of biomass. At the same time drive (17) starts to rotate central vertical shaft (7). Intensive and rapid heat exchange between areas of biomass. Produced biogas is supplied to the gasholder, where its part is supplied to the compressor through the pipeline. In order to intensify the biomass mixing effect, the bubbling agitator is periodically started. That is ensured by opening valve (20), after which the biogas placed in the compressor is supplied into the spiral perforated pipe (5) under pressure, and goes through holes (18) into the biomass, thus accelerating the lifting process with the formed methane fermentation of the biogas bubbles.
EFFECT: invention ensures achievement of technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of biogas plant operation.
