SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling soils with an undisturbed structure. A soil drill sampler is disclosed, containing a hollow cylindrical rod with an impact tip and an intaking cup with a narrowed pointed cutting edge and an unloading window, fixed on it, and containers. At the same time, longitudinal grooves and annular grooves are made on the rod, and the unloading window is made in an upper half of the intaking cup, with a width equal to an inner diameter of the cup and a height equal to a sampling increment, and the drill is additionally equipped with a device for extraction of the intaking cup from the soil, a pusher, and containers with trays.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of a structure with preservation of the quality of sampled soil monoliths with an undisturbed structure.
