FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for additive manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of building products, structures, buildings and structures. The method for building 3D printing includes preparing a concrete mixture, including Portland cement, quartz sand with a fineness modulus of 1.2-3 and water, squeezing it out in the form of a plastic filament through the dispensing head of the printer and laying it in the design position, preparing a modified concrete mixture for the transition layer and its laying on a filament from the specified concrete mixture, the implementation of a technological break for 10, 360 or 720 minutes, followed by the resumption of laying after a technological break of the specified filament, while the modified concrete mixture for the transition layer includes, wt.%: Portland cement 20.0-30 .0, quartz sand with particle size modulus 1.2-3 44.4-69.8, MasterRheobuild 183 superplasticizer based on naphthalenesulfonates 0.1-0.6, finely ground pozzolanic component - metakaolin with a hydraulic activity of at least 1200 mg/g, grinding degree not less than 2000 m2/kg 1-9, potassium methyl siliconate 0.1-0.5, water 9-15.5.
EFFECT: ensuring high quality of construction products during long technological interruptions in construction 3D printing by increasing the adhesion of layers, excluding the formation of cold seams, while simplifying additive manufacturing.
