FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for additive manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of building products, structures, buildings and structures. A method for additive manufacturing in construction, including the preparation of a concrete mixture, including Portland cement, quartz sand with a fineness modulus of 1.2-3 and water, squeezing it out in the form of a plastic filament through a printer dispensing head and laying it in the design position. The modified concrete mixture for the transition layer is prepared and laid on the filament from the specified concrete mixture, a technological break is carried out for 10, 360 or 720 minutes, followed by resumption of laying after the technological break of the specified filament. At the same time, the modified concrete mixture for the transition layer includes Portland cement, quartz sand with a fineness modulus of 1.2-3, the MasterRheobuild 183 superplasticizer based on naphthalenesulfonates, a finely ground pozzolanic component - biosilica with a hydraulic activity of at least 1400 mg/g, a grinding degree of at least 1100 m2/kg, organosilicon compound - potassium methylsiliconate and water.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of carrying out longer technological breaks (up to 12 hours) without the formation of cold joints and reducing the adhesion of layers laid immediately before and after the technological break, due to the installation of a transition layer from a modified concrete mixture, which determines the high quality of construction products.
