FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, namely, to blast-relief panels displaced due to excessive pressure caused by an explosion, intended to be mounted in windows of buildings. The blast-relief panel includes an insulating glass unit, a profile, and a safety locking apparatus consisting of a bracket, a fastener in the form of a screw, a collapsible washer, and profile-securing elements. The blast-relief panel is additionally equipped with a pressure element. The insulating glass unit is secured between the pressure element and the profile. The screw fastener is passed consecutively through the collapsible washer, the bracket of the safety locking apparatus, the profile, and the pressure element, thereby ensuring that the insulating glass unit is secured until actuation.
EFFECT: easier installation of the blast-relief panel both in the window frame and in the leaf with the maintained high reliability and effectiveness of actuation, including in the presence of fewer structural elements.
