FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to aluminium window profiles with internal insulation of “cold” glazing, protection against freezing and leaks, and finishing without changing the appearance of the building facade. The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to replace the cold glazing of the aluminium profile system with a warm one, accompanied by protection against freezing and leaks from the upper floors. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in an insulated aluminium mullion-transom profile structure, including a double-glazed window, tilt-and-turn plastic windows, aluminium frames, sashes, the following is provided: an upper cut-off made of galvanized metal, enveloping the declared structure and, on one side, fixed in a sealing rubber over the top double-glazed window, and on the other side, rolled, sealed and attached to the floor slab using dowels, a sealed vapour barrier installation seam-insulation, which consists of one layer of polystyrene foam, two layers of sealants and one layer of butyl tape, filling the spaces between the double-glazed windows, sashes, aluminium frames, as well as the spaces between the ceilings of the floors above the upper section and at the junctions with the walls, floor and ceiling, embedded fastenings equipped with holes for fastening crossbars and imposts, installed in the fitting grooves of the racks and secured in them using thrust screws, built-in crossbars and imposts with drainage holes, L-shaped cut-outs on the inside and overlays on the outside, adjacent to the posts and fixed with thrust screws through the corresponding holes on both sides in the embedded fasteners.
EFFECT: replacing the cold glazing of the aluminium profile system with a warm one, accompanied by protection against freezing and leaks from the upper floors.
