FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas- and steam-permeable film. Gas- and steam-permeable film is made using a composition containing a filler, linear low-density polyethylene (hereinafter – LLDPE component) with a smaller density, which is less than 0.925 g/cm3, and LLDPE component with a greater density, which is more than 0.925 g/cm3. At the same time, film is characterized by a specific ball fall height, when testing for impact by a falling ball method, of more than 100 mm per gram of polymer per square meter, or specific weight of a pointed load, when testing by method for determination of impact strength with a falling pointed load (according to ASTM D1709A standard), of more than 19 g per gram of polymer per square meter, or specific water column height (according to EDANA WSP 80.6 standard) of more than 90 mm per gram of polymer per square meter. Permeability of film for water steam, according to ASTM D6701-01 standard, is at least 1000 g/m2 for 24 h. Breaking elongation of film, according to ASTM D882 standard, in a longitudinal direction, is less than 200%. Moreover, a melt flow index is less than 4 g/10 min at a temperature of 190°C and a load of 5 kg.
EFFECT: provision of a possibility of reliable printing implemented with precise compliance with rapport, as well as provision of a possibility of layering non-woven material on it, connected to it with hot-melt adhesive.
