FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer polymer materials used in production of hygienic absorbent articles, as well as protective films in coatings, and a method of making a multilayer film web. Method of making filled film web from microporous initial film web consisting of thermoplastic polymer material, which contains at least one low-melting polymer component, a high-melting polymer component and filler, wherein the method includes the following steps: heating the microporous initial film web to a partially melted state in which at least one low-melting polymer component is in the liquid molten state, and at least one high-melting component is not in liquid molten state, and cooling by passing partially melted film web through cooled roll space.
EFFECT: invention enables to prevent formation of microholes due to superabsorbent polymers and breaks of finished film products in packaging devices and provides a requirement for hygienic films, which consists in minimum ultimate tensile strength, which is required for processing of film webs in high-speed machines (converters).
