SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a system for localized transdermal iontophoresis drug delivery and a method for localized transdermal iontophoresis drug delivery. The system contains an array of electrode nodes, power supply sources. The electrode node array contains N electrode nodes, and N≥3; each electrode node contains one electrode. Power supply sources, in a number of M, are used for current supply to corresponding electrodes or pairs of electrodes, and M is a positive integer from 1 to C (N, 2), where C (N, 2) is a number of combinations of any 2 elements of N elements (C) or . Two electrodes in the electrode node array are equipped with a medium containing an electrically charged cosmetic active ingredient or a drug, and current pushes the cosmetic active ingredient or the drug to a skin layer in a time period, during which such current has the same polarity that the cosmetic active ingredient or the drug. Each electrode in the electrode array is connected to a semi-bridge circuit of a power control panel and is actuated by such a semi-bridge control circuit. The semi-bridge control circuit additionally contains: a current sensor located on a high voltage side; and/or a current sensor located on a low voltage side. The system is an electronic face mask, while a contact surface formed by a contact layer of the electrode in an electrode node matrix corresponds to an outer face surface. The method includes stages of: use of the system for localized transdermal iontophoresis drug delivery for implementation of transdermal iontophoresis drug delivery.
