SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a facial mask containing a base (1) for application to a body surface containing, at least partially, the face of the user, while the base of the mask (1) contains the following: the first surface, called the inner surface (2) intended for application to a body surface, and a second surface, called the outer surface (3) located opposite the inner surface (2), characterized in the inner surface (2) of the base (1) containing a plurality of so-called functional areas (6, 7, 8, 13) for appropriate application to the target zone (16, 17, 18) of the body surface, while the plurality of so-called functional areas (6, 7, 8, 13) contain an adhesive matrix (5) configured to hold the mask in contact with the surface body, and an active composition containing an active component, while at least two so-called functional areas (6, 7, 8, 13) among the many functional areas (6, 7, 8, 13) contain different active composition.
