FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for reconstruction of a drain of a drainage network includes laying of a pressure pipe along sources of existing drains, creation of absorption wells with filtering material under an arable layer, and laying of connecting collectors. In this case, absorption wells are installed in a chessboard order along a contour of an outlet of groundwater in inter-drains, and connecting collectors are laid between neighboring wells at an angle in a plane to existing drains, and then, edge wells are connected to the pressure pipe from one side and to a water-receiving channel from the other side. After that, non-inclined drains-irrigators are laid from near to existing drains of water-receiving wells, which are made with capture of near-drain strips of existing drains. A depth of installation of absorption wells is assigned by the minimum calculated level of groundwater in inter-drains in summer, and a depth of laying of drains-irrigators is assigned by a value of an average drainage standard.

EFFECT: method allows for reconstruction of an existing drainage network, providing, due to creation of an additional network, more intensive water drainage in a pre-sowing period and moistening of the soil in a dry period, allows for regulation of soil humidity and creation of optimum conditions for growing of agricultural crops without expensive purification of drainage pipelines of the existing drainage network.
