SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery. Serosomyotomy is performed along the line of the intestinal suture. To form the posterior semicircle of the anastomosis, the needle is injected on the adductor intestine, retreating from the proximal edge of the serosomyotomy from the serous membrane through the muscular and submucosal layers with a puncture at the border of the serous-muscular and submucosal layer. On the opposite intestine, the needle stroke is performed in reverse order. Similarly, the anterior semicircle of the intestines is sutured after crossing the intestinal wall along the distal edge of the serosomyotomy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to adapt the layers of the intestinal wall of the same name to each other by forming a crypto-like fold along the line of the intestinal suture, the versatility of which can be used for any anastomoses; provides sealing of the anastomosis, its hemostasis, reduces the operation time, minimizes the frequency of failure of the anastomosis and ensures early recovery of motor evacuation function on the anastomosed portion of the intestines.
