FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a molecule binding dipeptidyl peptidase-3 (hereinafter – DPP3). The specified DPP3-binding molecule shows affinity with DPP3 in such a way that affinity constant is at least 10-7 M-1, while the specified DPP3-binding molecule blocks DPP3 bioactivity by at least 10%.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the prevention or treatment of diseases or acute conditions in a patient, while the specified disease or acute condition is related to oxidative stress.
