FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: automatic rifle with an inertia-impact gas piston based on parts of the Kalashnikov assault rifle, in which the monoblock bolt carrier with a gas piston is replaced by a bolt carrier with a hole parallel to the barrel. The gas piston consists of a gas piston pusher, on the ends of which a ball and a cylinder head are fixed. The length of the gas piston pusher exceeds the length of the hole parallel to the barrel in the bolt carrier. The reciprocating mainspring rests against the ball of the gas piston. The gas piston has a longitudinal free play relative to the bolt frame; a gas piston extraction unit is formed in the body of the bolt frame. The cylinder head of the gas piston is made in the form of a long cylinder of reduced diameter and increased mass, while the stroke of the gas piston in the gas tube exceeds the stroke of the bolt frame in the receiver.
EFFECT: recoil reduction, elimination of weapon jamming, increase in accuracy and accuracy of fire.
