SUBSTANCE: soil cultivating roller includes hollow cylinder 1 with ribs 2 evenly spaced along the circumference and connecting the vertical discs 3. The ribs 2 are made in the form of a profile pipe of rectangular section and are located at the same distance from each other and below the hollow cylinder 1 generatrix. Holes are made in ribs 2 at equal distance from each other, in which studs 4 of the same length are installed, on the outer ends of which seals 5 are rigidly installed which have the shape of segments in a cross section. Elastic elements 6 are installed on studs 4 between seals 5 and ribs 2. The distance between the ribs 2 and the hollow cylinder 1 generatrix is equal to the length of an elastic element 6 in a fully compressed state. Outer ends of studs 4 are equipped with self-locking nuts 7. Along the generatrix of the hollow cylinder 1 holes 8 of the same diameter are made, which is equal to the maximum allowable agrotechnical requirements for the size of a soil lump.
