FIELD: constructing a storm sewer gutter.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for constructing a storm sewer gutter. In this method, by means of a machine, by forcing the concrete mixture through a tooling in the form of a die, a tray body is formed, made in the form of a reinforced concrete bearing element with two side walls, provided in their upper part from their inner side with recesses with a horizontal supporting surface and a vertical surface. After the tray body is formed in the horizontal supporting surface of the recesses, holes for fasteners are drilled along the length of the tray body. Further on the horizontal support and vertical surfaces of each recess, L-shaped profiles are installed, the horizontal part of which is fixed by means of fasteners to the body of the tray in drilled holes. The upper surface of the horizontal part of the L-shaped profiles is provided with attached nuts distributed along the length of the L-shaped profiles. Further, on the indicated L-shaped profiles, water intake gratings are placed. Each water intake grate is made in the form of a carrier frame, equipped with longitudinal rods and ribs placed perpendicularly to them. The ribs on the underside of each grating have support points designed to bear on the upper surface of the horizontal part of the L-shaped profiles. The bases of each the gratings have a cutout along its entire length, while the cutout is made with the possibility of accommodating the upper parts of the fasteners of the L-shaped profiles in it and is provided with the lower recesses of the grating for placing the nuts of the L-shaped profiles in them. In the upper part of each lattice, coaxially with the lower recesses of the lattice for accommodating nuts of L-shaped profiles, upper recesses of the lattice are made with the possibility of placing bolt heads in them for attaching the lattice, while these upper and lower recesses are connected by holes with the possibility of accommodating these bolts. Specified water intake grilles are fixed on said L-shaped profiles by screwing said bolts into nuts of L-shaped profiles. EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability and service life of the entire structure of the storm sewer gutter by evenly distributing the operational loads transmitted to the grate and to the entire structure of the storm sewer gutter.
