SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of pharmaceuticals, medicine and veterinary medicine, namely wound healing ointments for the treatment of thermal burns. Wound healing ointment for the treatment of thermal burns, characterized in that it contains a biologically active substance - 5-(4-ethoxybenzoyl)-5,7-dihydrospiro[cyclopentane-1,6-[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1] ethyl ester -b][1,3,4]thiadiazine]-3-carboxylic acid and an ointment base consisting of lanolin, dimethyl sulfoxide and purified water, in the following ratio, wt.%: 5-(4-ethoxybenzoyl)-5 ethyl ester ,7-dihydrospiro[cyclopentane-1,6-[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine]-3-carboxylic acid 0.39-0.41, lanolin 48 .6-49.6, dimethyl sulfoxide 0.43-0.46, purified water - 48.6-49.6.
EFFECT: above invention is a simple, affordable and effective tool, has an effective regenerating effect, stimulates the proliferation of fibroblasts, as well as an anti-inflammatory effect for the treatment of skin burn wounds.
