The effect is achieved due to the fact that the device contains a Popenko-Turko function generator that allows you to generate orthogonal codes, which use an orthogonal basis determined by eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a real positive-definite symmetric matrix, a block for stochastic formation of coefficients of a symmetric matrix, which allows to generate a positive a certain symmetric matrix based on pseudo-random numbers, a memory block in which all ESOCs are stored until a decision is made about their use for the implementation of the information transfer process, and an ESOC output block, which stores the order in which the ensembles are output, which determines which ensembles from the memory block will be used to ensure the process of information transfer.

EFFECT: elimination of time delays in the process of formation and output of ensembles of stochastic orthogonal codes (ESOC).
