FIELD: wind energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wind energy and can be used in wind turbines to improve the energy efficiency of the wind generator. The wind generator consists of a wind wheel connected by a mechanical shaft to the rotor of a three-phase synchronous electric generator with permanent magnets. Each two-section phase stator winding is connected through contact groups and a rectifier-charger to a battery and an inverter connected to the load, a rotor speed meter and a four-zone comparator. The windings can be switched in series or in parallel, in a star or delta configuration. With an increase in wind speed and, accordingly, the speed of rotation of the rotor, the value of the output voltage increases. Depending on the rotor speed, the windings are connected in series star, series delta, parallel star, parallel delta configurations.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of starting the battery charge at low speeds of rotation of the generator rotor, at increased speeds of rotation of the generator rotor, the appearance of an increased output voltage is excluded, while the need to connect an additional load is eliminated, power dissipation on the active resistance of the stator phase windings is reduced.
