FIELD: household waste transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of household waste. The installation for pneumatic transportation of municipal solid waste contains a pipeline network, a vacuum pipeline, accumulator shafts, a control panel and a drying chamber. The network is made in the form of branches of sealed pipelines connecting the vacuum pipeline and storage shafts. Mines are equipped with garbage hatches in a number of houses. The vacuum pipeline through the central transfer station is connected to the receiving device of the enterprise for waste processing using a vacuum device. Each transport pipeline at the outlet and the central transfer station at the inlet are equipped with valves connected to the control panel. The vacuum device is made as a vacuum pressure device and is installed in the communication line of the central transfer station and the drying chamber. The inlet of the vacuum-pressure device is connected to the upper part of the central transfer station, the outlet is connected to the drying chamber through the injection pipeline, and through the sluice gate to the lower part of the central transfer station. The sluice is made as a cam conveyor in the form of two cams in a single housing with a drive on any of them, forming a minimum gap between them for transporting waste. The seal between the cams and the walls of the body is made using plates that fill the free volume of the sluice valve body.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use the air masses evacuated from the vacuum pipeline as an additional impact on their part on the transported waste due to the creation of increased pressure at the outlet of the transfer station with an increase in the transportation distance.
