SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry; it is intended for the production of cosmetic products for face, neck, and decolletage skin care. A method for the production of cosmetic milk includes obtainment of milk whey enriched with products of metabolism of lactic acid Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria of 317/402 strain by heat treatment of raw materials, introduction of a ferment of acidophilic culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus of 317/402 strain with subsequent cultivation and separation of whey, and mixing with active components and cosmetic oils. The method differs in that enriched milk whey is mixed with decoction of oysters, vegetable glycerin, and cosmetic oils of different type of action are added by 0.2 ml.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the range of effective complex products with moistening, rejuvenating, cleansing, anti-inflammatory, nutritional effects, without contraindicators for daily use, as well as improvement of consumer properties due to homogeneity, ease of application, distribution along face, neck, and decolletage skin, as well as improvement of organoleptic properties, which is combined with an increase in antibacterial properties.
