SUBSTANCE: method of producing a liquid cosmetic product for face and body skin care with extracts from microalgae includes obtaining whey enriched with metabolic products of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus — strain Ep 317/402, by processing raw materials, adding liquid starter strain Ep 317/402, followed by cultivating and separating the serum and mixing with active ingredients: mandarin essential oil and tea tree essential oil; enriched whey is mixed with phycobiliproteins of microalgae, vegetable glycerin, oil solutions of vitamins A and E and apricot essential oil are added, in the following ratio, wt.%: 17 of phycobiliproteins, 17 of vegetable glycerin, 0.3 of oil solution of vitamin A, 0.3 of oil solution of vitamin E, 30 of apricot essential oil, 10 of mandarin essential oil, 0.01 of tea tree essential oil, and whey is up to 100.

EFFECT: invention provides improvement of skin microrelief, actively moisturizes, nourishes, evens out its color.
