The electronic temperature sensor-relay contains a microcircuit (1) of a programmable digital thermometer, for example 5019ChT1T, 5306NT015E (N), located on the first board (2), the second board (3) and an external connector (4). On the second board (3) there is a buffer amplifier (5), an XOR element (6), an opto-relay (7), for example, a 2609KP2P microassembly, a pulsed step-down voltage regulator (8), for example, a 1273PN1T1 microcircuit, two diodes (9), for example 2DSh2123A95. Integrated into the microcircuit (1) of a programmable digital thermometer: a temperature sensor (10), an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) (11) of temperature, a control unit (12), which includes registers for the lower (17) and upper (18) threshold temperature and a configuration register (16), a serial interface block (13), non-volatile memory (EEPROM) (14), and a comparator (15).
