SUBSTANCE: unit for disconnecting the plug and socket of the electrical connector relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in structures where it is required to disconnect the plug and socket of the electrical connector when divided into two parts of the body, for example, the aircraft on which they are fixed. Invention contains a plug and a socket of an electrical connector installed on separable parts of the housing. A bracket for a socket with a socket fixed on it is fixed on the main part of the body. The socket is manually joined to the plug fixed on the plug bracket. A bracket with a hole with a longitudinal groove is fixed on the detachable part of the body. A spherical head screw is installed in the bracket hole, which can freely rotate in the bracket hole and move along the groove. The threaded part of the spherical head screw passes through the longitudinal groove of the bracket and is screwed into the transverse threaded hole of the shaft mounted in the bracket for the fork in such a way that the longitudinal axis of the shaft is parallel to the longitudinal groove of the bracket, and the shaft can freely rotate relative to its longitudinal axis.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to compensate for angular and transverse displacements of the separable parts of the housing and ensure reliable disconnection of the plug and socket of the electrical connector when divided into two parts of the housing on which they are fixed.
