FIELD: mortars compositions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of mortars based on Portland cement. The low-impedance composition contains a mixture consisting of crushed Portland cement and a carbon-containing electrically conductive filler, while the carbon-containing electrically conductive filler is a stabilized ultradispersion containing carbon black with a mass fraction of 34 wt.% carbon black, mixing water and surfactants, and the original the components of the mixture are taken in the following ratio: crushed Portland cement: carbon-containing electrically conductive filler 1:0.07, respectively. The method for preparing the composition includes the preparation of a stabilized ultradispersion obtained by mixing carbon black, mixing water and surfactants. The resulting mixture was mixed in an ultrasonic disperser, after which the resulting carbon-containing electrically conductive filler was mixed with Portland cement and the resulting mixture was additionally mixed with the operating frequency of the disperser acoustic system equal to 22 kHz.
EFFECT: increasing the electrical conductivity of the composition with a simultaneous increase in its compressive strength.
